This is Oriana Duinker and Kyle Miller’s blog, Navigamus (meaning “we are journeying” in Latin). We use this site primarily to stay in touch and to keep friends and family informed of our travels and life adventures. It is also a place where we make public any general thoughts and discoveries that we think the world might find interesting.

We’re both Canadians, but we have lived in Oxford (UK) for two years, from 2009 to 2011. We applied for and were granted Tier 5 “Youth Mobility” visas, which allowed us to live and work in the UK for up to two years, and we liked them very much.
Kyle is an aerospace engineer, and Ori is a medieval historian with a passion for museums and education.
Here we are in the French Alps (in Grenoble) in 2010:
We were married in August, 2011 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We currently live in Toronto, Ontario.
All of the photos in the Gallery were taken by Kyle on his Nikon D200. He uses Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for post-processing.
