I have booked my flight to Venice on Condor, so this trip to Europe is now officially happening. I’ll be spending roughly two months in Venice, during which time I might check out the Luminara di San Ranieri in Pisa, Turandot in the Verona Arena, the Biennale, Il Palio in Siena, and the Festival of the Redeemer (Il Redentore) in Venice. Ori will join me in August, and we’ll continue our European adventure from there.

We have also been planning our Camino de Santiago de Compostela a lot recently, and I am looking forward to the challenges (mental and physical), as well as the rewards, that will accompany our pilgrimage.

It’s hard to believe that, in two months, I will have a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Ori will have a Master’s degree in Medieval Studies, and I’ll be in Venice enjoying espressi and spritzes.
